As the team finalises the last details before heading to Liverpool for Airmic, we’re looking forward to experiencing what will be taking place on-site and behind the scenes. With a jam-packed programme, from workshops to debate panels and from social functions to fitness events, Airmic 2018 is gearing up to be the most varied so far.
This year’s theme “The Future is Now” reflects how the world has already changed and how we should be embracing it, striving to be leaders in risk. The main topics we’re looking forward to finding out more about are the impact of cyber, political risks, environmental changes and business interruptions on the development of the economy.
We’re delighted to once again be filming and producing Airmic TV as well as our own filming for our clients. Our camera crew will be busy recording the minute-by-minute buzz of the conference hall and workshop rooms, carrying out a range of client interviews, and this year capturing some CSR moments. Our exhibitions team will, as usual, be on their feet non-stop, attending to our clients’ stands and ensuring everything is working as it should be. At the same time, we’ll be live tweeting during the event, making sure that even those who can’t attend are kept up-to-date.
Behind the scenes, our team will be hard at work both on-site and in the office, supporting clients with all their needs and making sure that everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s a general query to a malfunctioning iPad, we will be around and available to help throughout the conference.
